Contact data: if you email our support team, we receive your email address and the content of your message so we can reply.

We use the information we process to operate the Service, generate the voiceover you request, keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, understand aggregate usage, and respond to support enquiries. We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Service: an AI model provider that generates your voiceover script, Cloudflare for delivery and abuse prevention, and a privacy-friendly analytics provider. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Because the Service is anonymous, we keep as little data as possible. The text you enter is used to generate your result and is not retained long-term. Anonymized usage statistics may be kept in aggregate form, and support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you.
