These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Voice Free service at ai-voice-free.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
AI Voice Free is a free online AI voice generator and text-to-speech tool. You paste or type text, choose a voice and tone, and the Service generates a spoken-word voiceover script and preview using artificial intelligence. We may update, add, or remove features at any time.
3. No Accounts Required
The Service is free and anonymous. You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide payment details to use it. To keep the Service available to everyone, access is protected by an anti-abuse check (Cloudflare Turnstile), and we may limit or block usage that appears automated or abusive.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or harmful; to impersonate a real person or generate a real individual's voice without authorization; to violate any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights; or to abuse, overload, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service or its underlying systems.
5. Your Input and Generated Scripts
You are responsible for the text you enter and you represent that you have the right to use it. You retain ownership of the text you input. You may freely use the voiceover scripts and previews you generate for your personal or commercial projects, subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service itself, including its software, design, branding, and the content we provide, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you the right to use the Service and the results you generate, and we retain all rights not expressly granted to you.
7. Free Service
The Service is provided free of charge. There are no subscriptions, plans, credits, or payments, and therefore no billing or refunds. We are under no obligation to keep the Service free indefinitely, but any change would be reflected in these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service and all generated output are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated scripts will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also limit or block access where use appears automated or abusive or otherwise violates these Terms.
